Win Consistent Sales

Build a repeatable path from stranger to customer, so revenue stops depending on luck.

What this stage means

You've made sales. But if you're honest, most of them came from your network, a lucky event, or a burst of hustle you can't sustain forever. Stage 7 is where one-off wins become a pipeline.

A pipeline means you know where new customers come from, how they hear about you, what moves them from curious to committed, and how you follow up when they go quiet. It's a sales process you run every week, whether you feel like it or not, and it's the difference between a business with good months and a business that grows.

Hope is not a sales strategy. A pipeline you work every week is.

This stage isn't about becoming a pushy salesperson. It's about building a system that matches how your customers actually buy, using everything you learned in the Prove It phase. You already know their pain points, their language, and their objections. Now you put that knowledge to work, repeatedly.

What to do in this stage

1

Map your sales process

Write down every step from first contact to closed sale: how leads find you, what happens next, who follows up and when. If you can't draw it, you can't repeat it.

2

Pick your top two lead channels

Referrals, social media, local events, partnerships, walk-ins, outreach. Look at where your best customers actually came from, choose the two strongest channels, and go deep instead of spreading thin.

3

Set a weekly sales rhythm

Block recurring time for sales activity: new outreach, follow-ups, and asks. Set a number you'll hit every week, like ten new conversations or five follow-ups, and protect that time like a customer meeting.

4

Build a simple follow-up system

Most sales are lost in the silence after the first conversation. Use a simple tracker, whether a spreadsheet or a starter CRM, so no warm lead ever falls through the cracks.

5

Ask for referrals on purpose

Happy customers will recommend you, but mostly when asked. Make the referral ask a standard part of your delivery and follow-up, not a thing you do when you remember.

Signs you're making progress

  • Monthly revenue is trending upward for three consecutive months, not spiking and crashing.
  • You have a defined sales process from lead to close that you could explain to someone else in five minutes.
  • At least two reliable sources of new customers are producing leads month after month.
  • You know your numbers, including how many conversations it takes to win a customer and how long the average sale takes.

You're ready for Stage 8 when...

Sales are happening on a rhythm you control, your pipeline has names in it for next month, and revenue is starting to feel predictable instead of miraculous. With the engine running, Stage 8 is where you amplify it, building a brand that makes customers come looking for you instead of the other way around.
